I've been buying and servicing cars from Steve Lapin and his teams since something like 1999. The way his staff interacts with you (e.g. listening, sharing information, helping, working out a good deal) to the work performed (fair price and reliable) speaks to the integrity he brings to the business. Maybe, because it's a family business but he retains long term and relatively happy employees. For me, I love visiting and seeing Steve, his son Sandy, Rob, Drew and the whole gang. I don't normally write reviews, but the team at this dealership were so incredible I feel its an injustice if I don't. David our sales rep was great to work with, Drew the sales manager was extremely helpful, and everyone else at the dealership was just incredible. This place is a joke. I tried to purchase a car through an llc company my sales representative did not even know the laws on that or know that montana does not even have sales tax. He told me earlier in the day that they had room to negotiate and then later told me the pric e was firm. He also told me i "Legally" could not arrange my own shipping which is a lie. My salesman refused to give me the sales managers number. I told him i can have his money wired the next day and wouldn't even get back to me within 12 hours on simple questions. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE and if you are going to please make sure that you do not get nick' he will make everything about your purchasing experience hellish. ...Read More

best dealer ship ever even in this market that every other dealership has markups here at Infiniti of Thousand Oaks you could even get your dream car below the MSRP and if it's used for sure they can beat any other dealer prices.
