I don't even know where to begin, the people have been very nice, but it is now over 8 weeks after signing loan docs and I still do not have a payment date or even the documents that I signed, which were to be emailed to me. In fact, you had me sign them three times. It's as if you have never processed a loan before. And I have excellent credit. There has been zero follow up and I know the payment is due in Nov, so now I need to again reach out to you guys again. Wow! First visit to Silver Star and I am 100% impressed and happy with the level of customer service this team provided me. I will not bore folks with the details of my particular situation but it was not simple and involved direct and personnel involvement of the service t eam, including upper management, working after regular business hours. Got a new Defender here. Had the best ever purchase experience. Highly recommended Andreas. He is highly professional and knowledgable. All other staff members here are excellent as well. Definitely coming back if I ever need another Land Rover in the future.

This is the worst repair spot in all the world. The waiting for imaginary parts, the illegal over-billing, the inability to actually fix the problems are astonishing. The very worst part of the experience was the attitude and rudeness displayed by Ricardo Cotwright, the new senior executive in charge of service. This man should never speak with the customers and has no idea how to speak toa loyal 14 year client of this dealership. I have bought or leased eight Ranges Rovers over these years an I will never return there again. I am spreading dealing with the folks at the new Woodland Hills Location.
