Excellent customer service! Vitaly is great and he made the process very simple and easy. I ordered my car with him. While I was waiting, he kept me posted with status without being “pushy”. Rusnak BMW of Thousand Oaks has again exceeded my expectations. My service advisor, Vick Deukmajian, has never been dismissive like other dealers (Bob Smith BMW). He always takes the time to explain the services required for the vehicle and the schedule of maintenance. Even though it took time to diagnose the issue, the Rusnak team was thorough in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, and they were constantly in contact with us, providing us with detailed updates on the work. I will time and time again praise Vick, his supervisors, and his techs at Rusnak. The dealer is out of our way but definitely worth the drive for exceptional customer service. I will continue to bring my car for all future services and recommend Vic and the Rusnak team to family, friends, and colleagues. I purchased a 4 series from them a year ago and only put 3k miles. I got a flat tire on the freeway and couldn’t find the tire lock. Had to tow the car to the LB bmw dealer, and they told me I had to change the tire because they don’t fix tires since the lock wasn’t av ailable. I had no other option but to call my sales rep PATRICK whom refused to even address my concern and hung up the phone on me 3 times. I was expecting them to at least send me the tire lock despite the charges that I had to pay out of pocket for something that is Rusnaks fault. They didn’t even offer to reimburse me for anything. I am very saddened with the customer service and how Patrick and rusnak handled this. I will also be emailing bmw North America to let them know of my experience. We ordered and purchased our car with the expert help of Ryan Bosman, who was absolutely excellent. The whole process straightforward and drama-free - in fact, we made a deal entirely over text message. But beyond that, Ryan really helped us out of a bind. We ended up need ing the car sooner than we thought, and he made sure we were at the front of the line. Other dealers told us 6-8 months for our order, we received ours in 6 weeks.
