Buying the vehicle went fairly smooth and I would recommend Cole for sales. I gave this company only 2 stars because when I bought the car I was promised a spare key because it is a CPO car. They were going to order one. That was in early December 2023 and I still haven’t gotten a spare key. When I called to ask about the key, I was told the person that owned the car before me was going to bring them the key from his storage and they were waiting on that. It’s been over 2 months since that. I also emailed the manager on 2/4/24 and they said they will check on that for me and never got back to me.
