My service experience could not have been better. Kristin Kelley explained thoroughly what my car was due for and what campaigns needed to be fulfilled. Kristen reviewed my past work orders and discussed what my options were for work that needed to be done, and work that c ould be waited on. I felt she completely understood my vehicle's needs based on the mileage and time it had been since the car was last in for service. Kristin's cost estimate of work required came within $5 of the final charges. Pretty impressive. I was provided a loaner car for the day, my car was ready and washed when promised and the entire experience was professional and pleasant. Gabby in the service department provided me with the loaner, made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle before I left and offered to answer any questions I had regarding it's operation. Both Kristin and Gabby were complete professionals. They made sure to hear my concerns regarding my vehicle, and made sure I knew when my car would be ready, and make sure I was comfortable with the loaner vehicle. I was given updates throughout the day on the progress of the service and also given updates on when it was ready for pick up. The quality of customer service provided by Kristen and Gabby was not just what I would hope for at a car dealership, but really sets the standard for all others.
