This place is not good. I was there yesterday and informed them that I was worried about a rodent having climbed into my engine and taken up residency. There was an awful smell in my car that made me suspect, starting 3 days ago. I was also out on a farm which made this more likely. They said they would see if there were signs of rodent activity in my car upon inspection. They had my car for 2.5 hours. They sent me a list of things that needed to be fixed, for thousands of dollars. One thing on the list was the cabin air filter needing to be switched. This was the first red flag as I had switched out the cabin air filter 10 minutes before the appointment and that is where I found the second sign of the rodent activity. There was an excess of foliage in the cabin filter that seemed to resemble a borrow. Since I had just cleaned this thoroughly, even using a shop vac and putting in a new air filter, the cabin air filter was squeaky clean and brand new. Changing out the cabin air filter shouldn't have been on the list at all, because if they viewed it, they would have known it was brand new. I laughed this off at first, figuring it to be an oversight. Then after further inspection of the list, the list said nothing of rodent activity in my car. I found this to be unlikely so after leaving I opened my hood to inspect for myself. I found tons of rodent droppings on the battery that should have been a clear sign to anyone who looked at it, so I’m not convinced they looked at my car very thoroughly. This morning I opened the hood of my car and sure enough the rodent was setting there to greet me… Yet nothing of rodent activity was mentioned in my inspection even with me mentioning my concerns of rodent activity before the inspection which should have had them looking for that in particular. Not at all satisfied with the work. I took my car to have them repair the lights on my car, they left them on incorrectly, I noticed when I got home I then spoke to the representative and he told me something else that they could not identify when I took my car for maintena nce. I do not recommend the service at all They did not make a correct diagnosis. They made me go a second time to tell me that I had to change both lights completely because they were burned out. I also asked the representative Henry to update my personal information and he did not do it. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!! ...Read More

I'm very happy with my car buying experience at Westlake Hyundai. Out of at least 50 places I contacted, my salesman Tinoush, was the only one who promptly provided me the complete out-the-door price via text. I negotiated a discount via text. From arrival to the time that I left with the Tucson was only about 1.5 hours. The total price was actually a few hundred dollars less than what was quoted. The document fees were far lower than any other dealer too. By the time I was done with the paperwork, Tinoush had filled up my Tucson with gas and sent me on my way!! ...Read More

I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. The level of incompetence is staggering. Oil changes and scheduled maintenance take all day. Other times, when I've brought my Hyundai in for warranty issues, they not only don't fix the issues I've brought my car in for but I have to bring it back multiple times to actually be fixed while being told, "Well we checked it, but didn't have the part in stock." (After I'm told it's good to go and I've left and the problem resurfaces). Today, I brought my car in for a full windshield repair after confirming they had a bid from my insurance and that they had the glass and the installer ready to go. I take the day off work and carefully drive it over (my windshield is shattered). After not hearing anything, I call the "service advisor", Arlene Polanco, and am told they don't actually have the windshield in stock and that this appointment was just for a diagnostic screening. That is not at all what I was told when I made my appointment. When I ask for the total insurance bid for materials, installation and calibration, I am told they don't keep those records and that it's going to cost $1200 more than my insurance company's estimate from the dealership. Their service department tried to convince me I needed $1,500 in labor / parts for a hose connector that was less than $50. Then they tried to charge me an extra day of rental because I returned it on a Saturday but rentals wasn't open (no problem, they said they'd note it w as returned Saturday so I'm not charged until Monday for it). Monday came around and got charged for the extra days, which they did remedy pretty quickly. Not sure if the technician was the scumbag who said I needed all the extra stuff or it's just the dealer in general. Advisor seemed friendly during my interactions with her, but not enough to make up a $1,500 cash grab. ...Read More

OMG.. worst dealership.. My battery died twice under warranty period. They gave me roadside assistance number which was actually customer service. First time battery died, went to the dealership, asked to replace. They ran the test and said everything is fine.. no worries.. I thought may be it's just a bad luck. Battery died again after 4 weeks.. Sitting in cold with kids in the night. Got AAA for jump start. amazing service from AAA. Called dealer again that please change the battery. The answer I got leave the car for one day, they will check it next morning and if the battery report comes out fine, they will not change. Of course report will come out fine because it got charged. Talk to Hyundai customer service, they assigned a case manager who will contact me 3-5 business days.. Seriously.. Now I live in fear that it may happen again.. I am going to change battery at my own cost.. Can't go through this hassle ...Read More

I'd just like to give him a big thank you for making the process as quick and easy as it possibly gets. This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had as Sal helped me as well as my family buy my first brand new car. He was very respectful, polite, and welcoming the whole entire time we were there. They also gave us a sensational deal that helped us a lot when buying the car. The Elantra we bought is one of the smoothest, safest, and most reliable cars I have ever driven. Andrew who was also the finance manager who helped us was very enthusiastic and assisted me and my family out a ton by helping the buying process go smoothly as well. Sal and Andrew also did a great job explaining every detail we needed to know thoroughly in regards to the car itself, the buying process, and everything else that comes with it.
